Artwork and Pre-press

Our experienced graphic design specialists can adapt and tailor the artwork to the chosen printing method. We have invested in the latest high-end client and server software for managing your jobs. Our Pre Press automated workflows ensure the fastest turnaround times of your jobs and the approval process.

Proofs

We know how important it is for an accepted proof to resemble a finished print, which is why we ensure ISO standard digital proofs using the latest high-end software and hardware. We can also simulate half tone screens on the proofs so that moire patterns and other defects can be caught before the job is taken for production.

3D Mockups

We can help our customers save unnecessary time and resources by presenting printing products in 3D before final production.

We can produce 3D files of aluminium cans, cups, lamitubes etc. The customers can then get a first impression of how the final packaging will turn out. The 3D files can be seen with Adobe Reader.

HD Flexo Plates

HD Flexo plates are suitable for alcohol based, water based or UV inks. They can be used for printing labels, lamitubes, seamless tubes, flexible packaging, carry bags, corrugated pre and post printing etc. High Definition is a combination of high resolution optics with unique fine-tuned screens specifically designed for higher imaging resolutions on flexo plates. The result is a digital flexo plate for superb print quality and stability.

HD Letterpress plates

Our High Definition Digital Letterpress plates are suitable for UV and alcohol based inks. The HD letterpress plates can be used for printing lamitubes and labels. With special pre-press software and the latest equipment, we process high quality HD digital letterpress plates.

HD Dry Offset plates

We were the first service bureau in India to offer High Definition Digital Dry Offset Metal Back plates. Our department of Dry Offset has many years of experience and Dry Offset plates are our specialty. The requirements for quality in the reproduction are extremely high, which is why a close-knit relationship and the knowledge of the machinery, their function and their construction is an absolute must. They are used for printing monobloc aluminium cans, plastic cups, aluminium tubes and seamless tubes, bottle caps etc.
